Cooking time: As Required
Serves : 4-6
Ingredients :
onion medium size one
oil 1cup
chicken 1kg
Ginger Paste 1tsp
garlic paste 1tsp
red chilly powder 2tsp
haldi powder 1tsp
salt to taste
garam masala powder 2-3 tsp
tomatoes half kg
potatoes 3-4
coriander (hara dhania) 1cup
mint leaves {podina} 1 cup
green chillies 5-6
aaloo bukhara 6-7
Method
1-Heat oil, make the pieces of onion golden brown. Now put the chicken, ginger garlic paste inn it. Now cook it for five minutes then add all spices .
2-Now add tomatoes and then again cook until its water gets dried. Now add potatoes and cook until they become soft. Now add coriander, mint leaves, green chillies and aaloo bukharas.
3-Now cook all until the chicken becomes tender then boil some rice and then first take a cooker put boil rice layer in it then put the chicken masala which we have already made.
4-Then add another rice layer then put the remaining chicken masala ,then pour the remaining rice.
5-Add food colour in it as required ,now put this on dam for 5-10 minutes mix the rice with masala well. Now it is ready to serve.
